Dear Patients,
If you have received a letter from your health insurance company stating that Pioneer Family Practice or your provider here has a termination date with them as of 3/31/2024, please disregard the letter.
We switched contracts effective 4/1/2024 which was confirmed by the insurance companies.
We had asked each company not to send out term letters in order to avoid confusion, however, they did this regardless.
From our practice to you, please do not be alarmed by this letter. There is no lapse in coverage for any of our patients.

Telemedicine treatment is available for variety of common health concerns: Please contact our office at 360-413-8600 or patient portal to discuss scheduling a visit. Your smartphone will require either Face Time or Google Duo. Examples include but not limited to:
- Allergies
- Canker or cold sores
- Cold or sinus infections
- Fevers
- Influenza (flu)
- Headaches
- Heartburn or acid reflux
- Insect bites or stings
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
- Rashes
- Sprains
- Strains
- Anxiety & Depression
